Reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required booking information and payment or deposit have been received, where applicable.
Please make sure that the information provided during booking is accurate. Forest Lake Resort reserves the right to contact guests to confirm reservation details.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Guests must follow the check-in and check-out times communicated during the booking process.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request but is not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the booking or package selected.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact Forest Lake Resort as soon as possible. Any applicable refund or cancellation fee will be determined according to the conditions provided at the time of booking.
4. Guests and Visitors
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information about the number of people staying at the resort.
Visitors who are not included in the reservation may only enter the property with permission from Forest Lake Resort.
5. Property and Damages
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the lodge, furniture, equipment, and other resort property.
Guests may be charged for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
6. Nature and Safety
Forest Lake Resort is located in a natural environment surrounded by forest and water. Guests should take reasonable care and follow all safety instructions provided by the resort.
Wildlife, insects, uneven terrain, water, weather conditions, and other natural circumstances are part of the environment and may present risks.
7. Resort Rules
Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, the property, and the surrounding natural environment.
Forest Lake Resort may ask a guest to leave the property if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or causes damage to the resort or significantly affects other guests.
